The City of Oskaloosa is soliciting qualifications for professional services related to a Community Development Block Grant application and administration. Specifically, services will include conducting a city-wide survey to determine eligibility for funding, assistance in preparing and submitting the application for the grant, and services on administering the grant funding if awarded.
