A housing needs analysis is a detailed inventory and assessment of projected housing demand, often prepared by municipalities with housing goals to identify issues and solutions with the local housing market. The reports are also useful to developers by providing demographics and market information. Oskaloosa’s prior housing assessments were completed in 2017 and 2012.
