Consider Adoption of Consent Agenda as Presented or Amended.
All items appearing on the Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and shall be enacted by one motion. If discussion is desired, that item shall be removed, discussed separately and approved by a separate motion of the City Council.
Consider approval to refund a Special Class C Liquor License with Sunday Sales and Outdoor Service Area from Oskaloosa Area Chamber and Development Group located in the city-owned alley between Smokey Row and Bridal Dreams.
Consider a motion approving payments of $831.53 to Area 15 Regional Planning Commission (RPC), $2,040.00 to Curtis Architecture & Design, and $36,683.30 to Christner Contracting Inc., totaling $39,554.83, for work completed on the Façade Improvement Project.
