Project Description:

  • The scope of this project includes upgrading and maintenance of the city owned light poles both standard and decorative poles including repairs, paint, new wiring and in some cases replacement.  This project also includes the transfer of ownership of city owned lights along A Avenue to MidAmerican Energy ownership with black powder coated lights and the replacement of the existing downtown decorative lights with LED efficient bulbs.

Project Benefits:

These improvements are to maintain or improve the existing light pole infrastructure for the City of Oskaloosa.
