West Glendale Road, Caldwell Place, and McMullin Drive
The City of Oskaloosa is planning to replace the failed pavement along the roads in the Meadow Creek subdivision, which includes West Glendale Road, Caldwell Place, and McMullin Drive. This project includes the reconstruction of approximately 9,135 square yards of PCC pavement, 764 feet of storm sewer pipe, and 1,097 square yards of PCC sidewalk. Caldwell Place from McMullin Drive to dead end west
McMullin Drive from West Glendale Road to dead end northwest
The pavement in this area is failing and is in need of reconstruction. The new sidewalks will provide a safe connectivity for residents to the existing trail entry on Glendale Road.
This project has been designed and is being scheduled for a Public Hearing on the plans and specifications on December 7th. Bids are planned to be opened in mind January, with a project start date in March or April.
Project Cost: Engineering - $119,000.00
Construction - $1,602,515.00 (Estimated)
