Phase 2 Sanitary Sewer System Improvements

General Area

Project Description

Through an inspection process, it has been determined that the sanitary and storm sewer several areas of the City of Oskaloosa has begun to fail, causing high inflow and infiltration. The phase 2 project was the second of several projects that have been planned in order to provide effective and reliable sanitary and storm sewer service to residents. The project includes sewer pipe reconstruction (approximately 2,600 LF), sewer pipe lining (approximately 9,800 LF), manhole reconstruction (15 manholes), manhole rehabilitation (approximately 330 LF), and manhole invert repairs (33 manholes).
