The following days are recognized by the city of Oskaloosa as holidays and City offices will be closed. Whenever any of the holidays fall on a Saturday, the Friday immediately preceding shall be a general holiday. Whenever any of the holidays falls on a Sunday, the Monday immediately following will be a general holiday.
