Planning and Zoning

The Engineering and Building Divisions review and enforce zoning development regulations; review zoning and subdivision requests; and perform municipal code enforcement. The Building Department also prepares the agenda information for the Planning and Zoning Commission meetings.

The Planning and Zoning Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council. They are responsible to review all issues related to subdivision development, general planning of City development, and zoning. They make recommendations to the City Council for final action.

Meetings: 2nd Monday of each month at 4:30 p.m. (meet only when have items to consider)
