The Housing and Community Development office located in the lower level of City Hall has two basic divisions:

- Section 8 Rent Assistance

- Oskaloosa Housing Trust Fund

Office hours are 8-5 Monday - Friday

The Oskaloosa Municipal Housing Agency (OMHA) is conducting a 2010 Rent Reasonable Survey of rental properties in the Oskaloosa city limits to determine rent reasonableness of assisted units. Completed surveys can be mailed to the Housing Authority at:

or to have us collect the completed survey, contact our office at 673-8362.
