Oskaloosa City Manager

The Oskaloosa City Manager is appointed by the City Council to be in charge of the daily operation of city departments and responsible for implementing the policy decisions made by the City Council. The City Manager is Michael Schrock Jr.

The City Manager's Office is located on the first floor of city hall, 220 South Market Street. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
