City Clerk
The
Oskaloosa City Clerk's Office is responsible for licensing, payroll,
personnel records, accounts payable and accounts receivable for
all city departments except the Water Department (oskaloosawater.org).
In addition, they maintain council meeting minutes, ordinances and
resolutions, and process tax abatement
applications. Payroll/HR Clerk Kim Weiss is a licensed
notary. Oskaloosa's City Clerk is Amy Miller. Deputy City Clerk
is Pamela Nimtz.
Public
records (council and committee minutes, council agendas, and resolutions)
can be viewed via the Radix portal located on the home page. To

The
City Clerk's Office is located on the first floor of City Hall,
220 South Market Street. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday.
